New Mills Tearoom is situated on the border of Northumbria, Cumbria and Scotland, set in the beautiful grounds of New Mills Trout Farm.

Groups of all sizes from young to old enjoy the freshly prepared food and local produce and New Mills Tearoom is ideal for a tasty cream scone and cup of tea, to a light lunch followed by a home-baked cake.  Please see the menu page or our 'Specials' board.

We couldn't be easier to find (just off the A69 Carlisle to Hexham road) and the views are worth a stop off on their own.  So stop for a break from a long journey, have some lunch after walking Hadrian's Wall, or just a quick snack after catching some trout.
